About the Supervisory & Management Skills (SMS) Program

The SMS program is NMA's ten course series conducted in three sessions and is equivalent to a ten unit CEU accredited program in foundational management, communication, and leadership skills. The curriculum is based on the “Supervisory Management Series” of classes from the National Management Association, Dayton Ohio. The comprehensive curriculum will provide the learner with a broad set of skills necessary for first line management and leadership. With the successful completion of all ten courses, you will earn a certificate of management from Cerritos College and a supervisory management skills certificate from National Management Association.
