Cerritos-CMTC Employee Training and Development Program

California Manufacturing Technology Consulting (CMTC) logoCerritos-CACT Employee Training collage of employees in different industryCustomized Solutions to Make Your Business Profitable

California Manufacturers are faced with a shortage of skilled employees and the high cost of finding and keeping qualified employees. Training became an essential factor for manufacturers to remain competitive in today's market. Cerritos College Economic Development (CCED) provides manufacturers the Employment Training Panel (ETP), a California State funded program, to supplement the cost of bringing high quality, customized onsite employee training. We help manufacturers to achieve increased performance and profitability through the implementation of support and workforce training. The training is practical and hands-on, in a classroom or onsite, and using actual work tasks that applies to your specific work environment

Sate Funded Employee Training and Development

Cerritos College provides ETP State Funded Workforce Training for Employers. The ETP training programs offset the costs to employers for Onsite Training with State Funding, which includes practical hands-on training and lab-lecture instruction onsite at employer locations. Class work tasks are developed from specific employer work environments.
